Our programming department does most of our “in house tooling” and fixturing. This allows Celebration Collections (P) Ltd. to reduce run times while increasing accuracy and quality. This practice is utilized throughout our manufacturing process, from modified punch, and press brake tooling, to custom hardware installation jigs.
Celebration Collections (P) Ltd. Metal Specialties also designs welding fixtures to allow larger production runs to be process welded accurately and efficiently. To support our quality control process we can create “Go / No-Go” test fixtures that quickly determine the accuracy of a part at a specific stage of production. These practices translate directly into savings in both time and material.
